Happy Full Moon in Aries everybody!
The Equinox has just gone, we hit that tipping point when nights get longer then days, and we look to our Autumnal visions.
I am so grateful for what the summer has brought: the conscious festivals, magical moments in community and nature, new connections, and the opportunity to share my singing workshops, some planned, and some magically spontaneous.
It’s left me resourced and inspired to lay down my own winter grand plans, so here is your invitation to be part of it all!
From October to June - Manor House LONDON
Drop into any session, or join us for the whole 9 month journey.
Expect:
Somatic voice activation practices
Vocal improvisation singing techniques from around the world
Meditative and somatic practices using voice, attention and intention to regulate the nervous system and work with energy
Collective vocal improvisation jams to co-create music together.
Sound journeys to relax or journey deep within
Talented collaborators
Social tea breaks to connect
OPEN TO ALL! Can’t sing? Love to sing? All voices, abilities and perceived inabilities welcome!

No spam, only my occasional announcements.
If you are not in London…
I have met people this summer from all over the UK, and some asked if I would run workshops in their city.
The answer is: if you can book a venue and sell enough tickets to cover my expenses, I will happily come facilitate a workshop or perform a gig in your city.
So if you are an event organiser or feel like petitioning your local conscious community to book me in, get in touch!
I am also working on recording my online course, all in good time… Watch this space for further developments.
In the music department:
I started posting on Instagram again, snippets of live looping vocal improvisation experiments, unique expressions, never done before, never to be the same again. Shamanic tribal vibes, a prayer to the water (inspired by the summer drought), and some more jazzy piano inspirations.
Do check them out, and make sure to follow for more:
That is it for now.
Stay warm and get outside.
Thank you for being here, I love you all.
See you in the wild places.
