And to celebrate it mindfully, here is a new Sound Journey video!
We had our first Voice Activation Singing workshop of our winter series in London this month, themed on the Root Chakra, and this is the recording of the Shamanic Sound Journey we had at the end.
We dove deep into the themes of feeling safe and grounded, asking ourselves: what helps us feel supported in our lives? And of course, we explored what supports our voice: Breath, Grounding, Posture and Authenticity, among other good stuff…
It was so magical: everybody really gave it a go, from seasoned singers to tentative ones, beautifully co-creating and weaving our voices together.
I feel so freaking grateful for the trust and support of those who joined, and to get to facilitate such specialness.
This sound journey is an opportunity to go within and explore these themes for yourself… I hope you enjoy!
